Where noted, the crystal shown in the product photo is the exact one you will receive. Any sizes, weights, or measurements provided are approximate unless otherwise stated.

3. Ordering and Payment
Orders can be placed through our website and must be paid in full at the time of checkout. We accept secure payments via Stripe, PayPal, and other methods listed at checkout.
Once an order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g. in the case of pricing errors or stock issues).

4. Delivery
We currently ship within the UK. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are outlined at checkout.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but we are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered.

5. Returns & Cancellations

The item is returned unused, in its original packaging, and received by us within 28 days
